1) Sun-18/12/16 the bord in front of the store stated the store will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm & yet the store was closed at 6:00pm there was quiet a lot of customers wore dissapointed the manager was quiet rude had a quick look on the advertising bird & just said No we are shut no apologies.. also on the Woolworths website it stated Eastlakes will be open till 8:00pm.
2) & again false addvertisment for
Fri-23/12/16 on your website stated Eastlakes will be open from 6:00am to 12:00am & yet the store was closed at 8:00pm
There's customers like myself that do work full time who need to get groceries at night.. It's very discapointing when we can't relay on the correct traiding hours that the company advertised..
